Nifty’s state-of-art manufacturing facilities are well equipped to deliver best- in-class drugs. Our bulk drug manufacturing facility is located in IDA-Kondapally and our semi-finished dosages facility is located in IDA-Cherlapally which are well connected by road, air and sea to ensure our customers receive the products in a timely manner.

Our facilities meet all the statutory requirements of India and rest of the world. The bulk manufacturing facility has four (4) production blocks and has process equipment capable of handling 0.1L-7kL batch sizes. The facility also has a pilot scale plant to deliver smaller batch sizes. Our Process development scientists and in-process quality control analysts are well aligned to ensure every batch is manufactured in regulatory compliant manner.

Our team’s core competency lies in the ability to carry out various critical reactions –Hydrogenation, Oxidation, Halogenation, Nitration , Acetylation etc under regulatory compliant environment. The facility is designed to handle materials and manual operation in a unidirectional flow and meets GMP and Q7 ICH quality guidance. Bulk manufacturing facility also has effluent treatment plant which demonstrates Nifty’s responsible behavior towards the environment.

Nifty Pharma, our wholly owned subsidiary’s manufacturing plant in equipped to manufacture semi-finished dosage forms with various release profiles. Our ready to pellets in capsules can be customized in volume and dosage as per customer requirements.
